The real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the week ending January 23, 2025 witnessed remarkable activity, as the real estate exchange recorded the implementation of 7187 transactions, with a total value of more than 8 billion riyals, and a traded area of about 31 million square meters. These figures reflect the continuity of the active movement in the market, driven by the increasing demand for land and housing in various regions.

In terms of real estate prices in the real estate exchange, the highest price per square meter during the week reached 97.7 thousand riyals, while the average price per square meter stabilized at 259 riyals, indicating a wide disparity in prices between different locations and regions.

With regard to real estate prices in the real estate exchange. <In terms of the most active neighborhoods, the Janadriyah neighborhood in Riyadh topped the list of neighborhoods in terms of the number of transactions, with 125 transactions totaling 91.3 million riyals.
