The Future of Real Estate Forum was launched in Riyadh on Monday, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, during the period from January 27-29, 2025, under the theme “A Future for Humanity ... From dreams to reality”. From dreams to reality", with the participation of more than 120 countries and 500 speakers representing the public and private sectors, in addition to the presence of a number of prominent figures at the local and international levels.

Minister of Municipalities and Housing pointed out that the Future of Real Estate Forum has become a global platform that brings together experts from different parts of the world. <For his part, CEO General Authority for Real Estate Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad pointed out that the journey in the Future of Real Estate Forum is distinctive and renewed every year, and the forum started from the local view of regulations and legislation, through the technical scene, then support for the business sector and strengthening the Kingdom's position as a global center characterized by flexibility and strength, and the fourth edition of the ”Forum” comes with an international character to complete the journey towards a vibrant and attractive Saudi real estate sector for investments and investors from all over the world. Through more than 34 dialogue sessions, the forum will discuss the planning and urban design of residential communities and their health, environmental and social sustainability, the importance of using real estate technologies in the construction of green buildings, the promising opportunities and the importance of enhancing the quality of life for the development of communities, the need for optimal use of natural resources, preserving the environment and reducing carbon emissions, in addition to discussing innovative ways of financing and real estate investment, and the contribution of digital transformation in facilitating the journey of home ownership in the Kingdom.
The forum will review the fourth edition of the ”Forum" with an international character.
