The fourth edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum witnessed a prominent step to support the real estate sector, as 12 agreements were signed to implement real estate projects worth more than 6 billion riyals, with the aim of promoting the growth of the sector and increasing the housing supply in various regions of the Kingdom.

The Future of Real Estate Forum also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Housing Supply and Real Estate Development Agency of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and a number of specialized companies to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors in developing innovative real estate projects that contribute to improving infrastructure and support the achievement of the objectives of the housing program to increase the rate of home ownership.
