The Future of Real Estate Forum witnessed in 3 days more than 34 dialogue sessions and special meetings, which discussed the topics of planning and urban design for population communities and their health, environmental and social sustainability, and the importance of using real estate technologies in the construction of green buildings, spoken by a number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies, a number of economists, investors, decision makers and experts of the real estate sector locally and internationally.
The Future of Real Estate Forum was held in 3 days, with the participation of 120 countries and 500 speakers from the public and private sectors, in addition to the presence of prominent figures at the local and international levels. The Future of Real Estate Forum reviewed the journey of the municipal and residential sector and the leaps it has made to build a more vibrant and prosperous real estate future, in addition to investment opportunities in various regions of the Kingdom, the role of integration between economic sectors in supporting economic growth, the importance of the real estate registry in urban planning and building sustainable communities, the importance of balance and innovation in the real estate scene, and the need to adopt modern real estate technologies that would open limitless future horizons.
The dialogue sessions addressed the potential of the Asir region as a leading global destination in the tourism fields, real estate financing and innovative approaches to financing and investment, the role of digital transformation in facilitating the journey of home ownership and the contribution of technology in the real estate industry, to global trends in real estate, integrating partnerships between the government and the public and private sectors to provide affordable housing, green building value chains, as well as the impact of sports and entertainment on the real estate industry in the Kingdom.

Speakers at the forum pointed to the rapid leaps witnessed by the Saudi real estate sector and its empowerment of dealers and investors, the governance of its procedures and the digitization of its operations, which reflected on the strength and durability of the sector and its attractiveness to local and international investments and its adaptation to global economic changes, adding that the Future of Real Estate Forum is a platform that brings together those interested in the real estate industry from around the world, and this edition was distinguished by the elite speakers and topics that are of great importance to the future of real estate locally and globally.
Forward of the forum, the former president of the Saudi Real Estate Forum praised the integration of partnerships between the government and the private sector and the green building value chains. Former President of the United States of America Bill Clinton, during his private meeting at the end of the forum, praised the renaissance in the Kingdom, especially urbanization, and that what is seen today is due to wise leadership and a society full of ambition and loyalty to its leadership, seeking to develop a diversified and strong economy, through oil, renewable energy or other sectors, stressing that the success of countries depends on cooperation and innovation, and that the combination of modernity and history in the Kingdom's urban projects is a clear example of imagining and realizing the future.
The Forum was attended by a number of prominent speakers and topics of importance to the future of real estate, both locally and globally. It is noteworthy that the forum witnessed the signing of a number of agreements and real estate deals, workshops and an accompanying exhibition to review the latest real estate technologies, advanced real estate products and financing solutions, in addition to the trends of the Saudi real estate market and its strategic steps, with the participation of experts, specialists, major local and international companies and major investors contributing to the real estate system around the world.
