The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has completed its preparations to offer two plots of land for sale at a public auction to citizens at the Al-Rasafa Hall in Buraydah next Tuesday. The first plot is located on the road between Buraydah and Unaizah, with an area of 57,163 square meters. It is distinguished by the fact that part of it lies within the urban area and is close to vital districts and residential neighborhoods. The plot also includes a two-story wedding hall. The second plot is located between Al-Ras and Riyadh Al-Khubara, with an area of 1,046,125 square meters. It is characterized by its flat terrain and agricultural title.
The committee has set conditions for those wishing to participate in the auction, the most important of which are attending in person or through a legal representative, and submitting a certified check in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of 250,000 riyals for each plot of land, This amount is considered a non-refundable advance payment from the purchase price for the successful bidder. The successful bidder must issue a check for the remaining value of the land after the auction is awarded, payable to the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and issue a check for 2.51% of the total amount as a brokerage fee in the name of the broker, provided that the buyer pays the remaining amount upon transfer of title within 5 days of the auction date.
In addition, the Committee is accepting direct offers to purchase the Durat Al-Jouf project in Sakaka, Al-Jouf region, for liquidation and to restore the rights of shareholders affected by the failure and delay in liquidating these contributions.
