Head of Riyadh's Infrastructure Projects Center expects to issue 66,000 licenses in 2025

Al-Badah: More than 151,000 licenses to be issued in 2024 after infrastructure work tripled since 2017

Fahad Al-Badah, CEO of the Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center, revealed that the volume of infrastructure projects has tripled in recent years, noting that Riyadh is experiencing significant development and urban growth.

Al-Badah said in statements to CNBC Arabia, that the number of permits issued in 2024 exceeded 151,000, compared to approximately 51,000 permits issued in 2017, and he expects more than 66,000 planned permits to be issued this year.
