The The Real Estate Exchange recorded 1,349 real estate transactions during Wednesday’s trading session, with a total value exceeding 1.7 billion riyals, while the traded area amounted to approximately 8.9 million square meters.

According to data from Real Estate Exchange, the highest recorded price per square meter was 18,700 riyals, while the average price per square meter stood at 194 riyals.

Most Active Neighborhoods

In terms of the most active neighborhoods, the Namar neighborhood in Riyadh topped the list in terms of the number of transactions, with 69 transactions recorded totaling 88.6 million riyals.

The Al-Nazim neighborhood in Riyadh came in second with 44 transactions worth over 29.8 million riyals, while the Al-Rimal neighborhood in Riyadh ranked third with 42 transactions worth 93.8 million riyals.

In fourth place was the Al-Janadriyah neighborhood in Riyadh with 23 transactions worth 14.6 million riyals, while the Al-Matar Al-Bayda neighborhood saw 18 transactions worth 13.8 million riyals.
