The people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrate on February 22 every year Foundation Day, a day that symbolizes the historical and cultural depth of the Saudi state since Imam Mohammed bin Saud founded the first Saudi state in 1727. It is a day that reminds us of our firm roots and our journey full of achievements, as our forefathers laid the first building blocks of a state based on unity, stability and prosperity. <As a part of this national fabric, we are inspired by this day by the meaning of determination and leadership. Just as our forefathers built a strong and solid country, we today seek to contribute to building a prosperous real estate future, reflecting the Kingdom's 2030 vision for sustainable development. <Foundation Day is not just an anniversary, but an opportunity to cherish our history and draw inspiration from the lessons of the past to create a brighter future. Thanks to God and then under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them - the Kingdom is moving steadily towards development and progress in all fields. On this dear national occasion, we extend our congratulations to the wise leadership and the honorable Saudi people, asking God to perpetuate security and prosperity in our dear homeland, and to bless the efforts of all to build a more prosperous and powerful future.
