The Enforcement and Liquidation Center "Enfaz” announced the holding of 36 public auctions, both in person and electronically, to liquidate and sell 309 assets in 12 regions of the Kingdom during the period from 16-24 March 2025.
" Enfaz ” explained that the auctions will be held in different regions of the Kingdom. Five auctions will be held in the Riyadh region to display 39 properties, 12 auctions in the Makkah region to display 99 properties, one auction in the Madinah region to display 8 properties, two auctions to display 41 properties in the Qassim region, one auction in the Hail region to display 8 properties, two auctions in Al-Jawf to display 13 properties, one auction in the Tabuk region to display 8 properties, three auctions in the Asir region to display 27 properties, four auctions in the Eastern Province to display 43 properties, two auctions in Najran to display 10 properties, two auctions will be held in the Northern Borders region to display 9 properties, and finally, in Al-Baha, an auction will be held to display 4 real estate opportunities.
