<The Public Authority for Real Estate has released a draft of the Public Authority for Real Estate through a "survey" platform, with the aim of enabling the public, government entities and the private sector to express their views and comments on it.The procedural guide for the sale and leasing of real estate projects on the map through the “Explore” platform, in order to enable the public, government agencies and the private sector to express their views and observations on it before its approval, in accordance with Article 2 of the executive regulations of the system for the sale and leasing of real estate projects on the map, issued by the Board of Directors” decision No. (S/M/E/E/8/2024/T) dated 20/10/1445 AH.

The Authority pointed out that the procedural guide for the sale and lease of off-plan real estate projects clarifies the real estate development journey for off-plan projects from qualification and registration of developers in the registration register and licensing of projects, through the stages of their implementation and mechanisms for dealing with escrow accounts to the completion and delivery of projects, and invited all interested public, government agencies and the private sector to review the guide on a survey platform and provide comments and suggestions on it.

The Authority stressed its keenness to ensure that the procedural guide for the sale and lease of off-plan real estate projects contributes to achieving the effectiveness of the real estate development sector with the off-plan sale and lease system, and increasing the supply of commercial, residential, industrial, tourism and other real estate products, which contributes to enhancing the confidence of customers and investors in the Saudi real estate sector.
