The Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center has released its February 2025 Service Provider Performance Report, which tracks the overall performance of the agencies that have shown the greatest improvement in project implementation and service delivery, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the quality of life in the region.
According to the report, the Center recorded more than 12,000 permits and over 8,500 complaints in February, with reports of water pooling accounting for 40%, and road subsidence at 21%. Violations ranged from unclean work sites and the absence of warning lights and temporary barriers to non-compliance with work site signage.
The Service Providers" Performance Report aims to increase transparency in project work by publishing data and enabling interested parties to access indicators infrastructure projects in the region. This initiative is part of the Center’s efforts to increase compliance rates and enhance competitiveness, with the goal of improving project execution and creating a stimulating environment that contributes to enhancing the urban landscape.
