On the recently held Joud Waqf night, the “Joud Housing” platform witnessed the signing of a number of support agreements and donations, totaling more than 41,676,500 riyals, within the Joud Regions campaign to support deserving families and provide them with adequate housing.
The agreements and donations included the contribution of the National Housing Company (NHC) for 15 million riyals, and the Arab National Bank for 10 million riyals. Donations also included the support of the National Housing Company (NHC) for SAR 1 million, Laden Investment for SAR 600 thousand, and Refinance Company for SAR 500 thousand. The donations also included in-kind support from Tilal Real Estate Company worth SAR 2 million in the form of 3 residential units, Maya Real Estate Development Company worth SAR 454,500 in the form of a residential apartment, Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib Company worth SAR 622 thousand in the form of a residential villa, in addition to financial donations from Abdulrahman Saad Al Rashed & Sons Company worth SAR 4 million and Rashid Al Rashed Company worth SAR 3 million.
On the occasion, a number of donations were made by Tilal Real Estate Company worth SAR 2 million. <On this occasion, the Secretary General of the Community Development Housing Foundation “Sakan“, Abdulaziz Al-Kridis, expressed his thanks and appreciation to all contributors in supporting the “Good Regions” campaign in its second edition. He stressed that these initiatives reflect the community solidarity and the spirit of giving that characterizes the Saudi society and contributes directly to achieving housing stability for the beneficiary families.
He pointed out that the Foundation continues its efforts to strengthen partnerships with various sectors to meet the housing needs of beneficiaries, indicating that these agreements and donations will contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the field of developmental housing.

The “Jood Housing” platform is one of the initiatives of the Community Development Housing Foundation “Sakan”; it aims to engage all segments of society in supporting and enabling the neediest families to obtain adequate housing, by providing contributions through a transparent and credible electronic platform.
