The Northern Border Region Secretariat, represented by the Al-Sha’ba Municipality, 9 investment opportunities through the municipal investment portal “Furs.”

The Al-Sha’bah Municipality clarified that the investment opportunities on offer include the construction, operation, and maintenance of a wedding hall with a total area of 5,218 square meters, with a contract term of 10 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of commercial markets with a total area of 750 square meters, with a contract term of 10 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of a medical center with an area of 4,526 square meters and a contract term of 20 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of a fuel station with an area of 3,190 square meters, with a contract term of 20 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of commercial stores and markets with a total area of 2,240.82 square meters, with a contract term of 20 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of a bank branch with an area of 4,100 square meters and a contract term of 15 years; the construction, operation, and maintenance of an ATM with an area of 100 square meters and a contract term of 15 years; and the construction, operation, and maintenance of a coffee shop with an area of 100 square meters, with a contract term of 15 years; and the construction, operation, and maintenance of a coffee shop with an area of 200 square meters, with a contract term of 10 years.

The Secretariat stated that the deadline for purchasing the tender documents and opening the bids is May 11 of this year, 2025, and urged investors and entrepreneurs interested in investing to review the details of the tender by visiting the municipal investment portal “Furs.”
