The The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has begun implementing the gracious royal directive issued by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister —may God protect him—which aims to achieve balance in the real estate sector within the city of Riyadh.

In this context, the Authority announced that it is currently working to develop an online platform that will allow citizens to apply directly to benefit from land within the city, without the need for intermediaries or third parties, in a move aimed at regulating the market and ensuring fairness and transparency in distribution.

The Authority warned against dealing with any entities or individuals claiming to be able to provide land within the city, emphasizing that such claims are misleading and contrary to approved regulations.

It also emphasized that all details regarding the platform and the eligibility mechanism will be announced soon through official channels, urging citizens not to be swayed by irregular advertisements or offers, and to rely solely on trusted sources for information.
