The Manager and the Successful Business Environment

The success of the business environment is always linked to the presence of people in leadership positions who manage this commercial system with all professionalism and impartiality, and perhaps the scenes from experiences and experiences confirm to us that no matter how many internal laws, policies and procedures that regulate the relationship between the employee and the company, the manager has an effective and decisive role when applying these internal systems, whether that application is positive or negative!It may happen in the business environment that some employees, who are often “dedicated in their performance”, face the bullying of the head of the department or direct supervisor for one reason or another, so that this employee always faces a lack of cooperation by his boss or management or lack of support, and even the distinguished employee may face unjustified scrutiny on every big and small from attendance and departure or unfairness in periodic evaluations or searching for unintentional errors in the performance of tasks and then applying the most severe procedures and sanctions against him with the observation that this emphasis is mostly directed to the person of the employee mostly without other colleagues !!!
<We can say that one of the most important factors for the success of the business environment is the presence of professional administrative leaders who mostly look at the general interest of the facility, which is supposed to be ahead of any individual interest of a manager or supervisor, and monitor all administrative activities through professional performance management measures built on a scientific basis according to logic away from unrealistic or difficult to achieve goals, and on the other hand that management stands at an equal distance from everyone while dealing with employees; it is supposed to honor and reward those with outstanding performance and not the fight they face; mostly for their excellence and the fear of that manager that they will be promoted to take
