The Public Authority for Real Estate announced that more than 96 thousand real estate brokerage contracts were documented during the first quarter of the current year 2025 at an average of 44 brokerage contracts per hour and 1066 brokerage contracts per day, bringing the total contracts documented since the start of the system to more than 1.4 million documented contracts, and the growth rate of documented contracts reached 97% compared to the same quarter of last year 2024, which reflects the awareness of customers and their commitment to applying real estate systems and regulations that would organize the contractual relationship, preserve rights and create a reliable and organized real estate environment.
<The Real Estate Authority explained that during the first quarter of 2025, it issued more than 7875 thousand licenses, including brokerage, real estate marketing, real estate consulting and analysis, property and facilities management, real estate auctions, and issued more than 105 thousand licenses for real estate advertising, in addition to licensing 10 new electronic real estate platforms, bringing the total number of licensed platforms to 71 real estate platforms since the start of the <a href="https://amlak.real estate brokerage, which contributes to achieving the efficiency and quality of real estate transactions in a regulated environment that guarantees the preservation of rights and enhances the reliability of the sector.
<It is noteworthy that during the first quarter of 2025, the General Authority for Real Estate carried out more than 36 thousand field monitoring operations, which resulted in the monitoring of 51,352 thousand real estate advertisements in public places, and carried out 35 joint monitoring campaigns with the relevant authorities, which included visiting 466 real estate establishments,745 real estate reports through its various channels and dealt with them, and the number of electronic scans reached more than 23,746 thousand operations, and the Authority adopts electronic monitoring that targets digital channels and real estate platforms to verify the regularity of advertisements and digital real estate brokerage practices in accordance with laws and regulations to ensure compliance with real estate regulations and legislation.
