<The National Housing Company (NHC has announced the opening of registration for the fifth edition of the “Wa'ed” program, starting from today until May 30, in a move that reflects the company's commitment to qualify young national talents and prepare them to enter the labor market with high efficiency and professionalism. The program targets recent graduates from various university majors, through intensive practical training that lasts for six months at the company's sites and subsidiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.

<“Wa'ed” represents an extension of the successes of previous batches and embodies the vision of NHC to invest in young talents and prepare the next generation of leaders in the real estate development sector, through a comprehensive training program based on various training methods in line with market needs. The program is one of the most prominent initiatives to qualify national competencies, as it provides an integrated professional experience that includes hands-on training under the supervision of experts in major architectural and engineering companies, and under the direct supervision of the NHC team.

Several criteria are required for admission to the program, including being a Saudi national, holding a bachelor's or master's degree, not more than three years since graduation, full time during the training period, and passing the personal interviews.

The graduation ceremony was held at the university's headquarters in Cairo. <The graduation ceremony for the fourth batch of the program was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, in addition to a number of company leaders and leaders of the real estate development sector in the Kingdom. This support confirms the importance of the program as a strategic initiative that contributes to empowering Saudi youth with the necessary skills and raising the level of employment in the real estate sector.
