His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Tabuk Region, yesterday launched Tabuk Hills and the second phase of Tabuk Valley, the latest urban destination developed by NHC He witnessed the company signing 6 real estate development agreements to implement a number of projects in the new destination, in a move that embodies the partnership between the public and private sectors in supporting the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of Vision 2030, aimed at raising the percentage of residential ownership to 70%.
This came during the ceremony held today at the Emirate's headquarters, in the presence of HRH Prince Khaled bin Saud bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Tabuk Region, and NHC CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al Bati.
During the ceremony, <a href="https://amlak. net.sa/78063/NHC is developing urban destinations in more than 17 cities in the Kingdom, with an investment value of more than 143 billion riyals, contributing to providing housing for more than one million people.
He pointed out that Tabuk Hills and the second phase of Tabuk Valley are an extension of NHC's projects in the region. The total area of the company's projects in Tabuk exceeds more than (3.4) million square meters and includes more than (6,400) residential units, designed to be living destinations that meet the aspirations of families and generations.

After that, HH The Amir and the attendees watched a visual presentation on the "Tabuk Hills" destination, which covers an area of more than 2.3 million square meters and includes more than 4,600 residential units, including the features of the destination and its facilities, services and green spaces.

Then H.H. the Emir of Tabuk Region launched Tabuk Hills and the second phase of Tabuk Valley, with a combined area of more than 3 million square meters and more than 5,400 residential units, designed in modern architectural styles that combine the spirit of local culture and the highest standards of urban planning, to form integrated modern residential communities that are vibrant and provide an ideal environment for living within an integrated infrastructure and advanced services.At the end of the ceremony, His Highness witnessed NHC signing (6) development agreements for the two destinations, in addition to an agreement for infrastructure development.
At the end of the ceremony, His Highness the Emir of Tabuk Region explained that all companies implementing the project are Saudi and work according to the highest real estate standards, and the project - God willing - will be a distinct civilized destination for the Tabuk region and benefit everyone, stressing that the issue of housing is of interest to the wise leadership and works on everything to overcome obstacles to provide suitable housing.
