Many of us know what <a style="color: #000000;" href="https://www.monshaat.gov. startups face many challenges, especially in their early beginnings, including fierce competition, market, purchasing power, technology, etc. Perhaps one of the most important challenges that represents a cornerstone of success after God's blessing is the presence of a team of leaders who have sufficient expertise and experience in addition to their ability to cooperate among themselves.
The most famous definitions of leadership are the ability to work together and cooperate with each other. One of the most famous definitions of leadership is "the art of ability and skill to influence people to achieve the goals of the organization.« The leadership team must be characterized by the possession of this skill, which is influence so that the manager is a role model for employees in the company; the members of the management team must also possess the ability to harmony, understanding and cooperation among them and this is done by defining the job description for each position and what are the required tasks and responsibilities assigned to each leader in addition to the existence of formal communication channels between them according to the hierarchy and administrative organization of it.
Finally, it is necessary to have a team of leaders who have sufficient expertise and experience in addition to their ability to cooperate with each other. Finally, the team, its leaders and members must be motivated with moral and material incentives that will increase its productivity with a plan for training and continuous development, periodic review of objectives and performance evaluation to address any defects that may threaten the success of the team and thus affect the company's activity.
