In furtherance of its pioneering role in localizing jobs and creating trained national cadres, Bab Rizk plans to hold the “Bab Rizk Jameel Job Fair 2015” at the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Riyadh between December 5 and 8, with the aim of settling the largest number of unemployed Saudi men and women in a scientific and professional manner in private sector companies, in addition to matching the needs of private sector companies for human resources and job seekers according to well-studied principles.

Bab Rizk will launch the fair with the participation of 100 companies and destinations from various sectors interested in localizing jobs, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor represented by the Human Resources Fund ”HADAF“. For her part, the Senior General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Women's Employment Company, Rola Basmed, said that the exhibition is interested in finding jobs for thousands of job seekers in the private sector, including companies wishing to nationalize, as well as coordinating with the relevant and related departments to fill the private sector's need for national cadres. Basmed also indicated that the most important objectives of the exhibition are to set new standards for the recruitment industry and enhance the mental image of the importance of localizing jobs.

Basmed “Bab Rizq Jameel Job Fair will be accompanied by media and advertising coverage that will rise to the level of the event, and new organizational techniques will be used in the management and organization of the exhibition to achieve its success and reach its goals.”

Basmed said that the objectives of the exhibition are to set new standards for the employment industry and enhance the mental image of the importance of the importance of localization of jobs. The Bab Rizq program introduces young men and women to the job opportunities available at private sector companies, and contributes to the identification of companies and institutions looking for employees and qualified cadres looking for work in Bab Rizq Jameel's database, through which it directly employs these candidates within these companies through 24 branches spread across the Kingdom. It has contributed to providing 195,576 job opportunities, including 110,390 job opportunities for young men and 85,186 job opportunities for young women across the Kingdom since its establishment in 2003.
