The National Housing Company (NHC) at an event as part of the “Cityscape Global” hosted by the British capital, London, as part of a series of international meetings aimed at strengthening the connection between global investors and promising opportunities in the real estate development sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the event’s sessions, the company’s CEO, Mr. Mohammed Al-Bati, delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the rapid growth and qualitative development of NHC’s projects, as the Kingdom’s largest national developer of integrated residential communities.

Al-Bati noted that the Kingdom has become an attractive destination for investors from around the world, thanks to the genuine opportunities it offers for growth and stability, emphasizing that NHC plays a strategic role in transforming these aspirations into tangible projects and effective partnerships aligned with the Kingdom’s ambitious vision.

In his remarks, Al-Bati revealed that NHC is currently implementing 39 major projects in 17 Saudi cities across various regions and manages land exceeding 284 million square meters, making it one of the largest landowners in the Kingdom.

He also explained that the company adopts a national development model based on global standards, aimed at improving quality of life and creating a stimulating investment environment, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the key pillars of Saudi Vision 2030.

He added that NHC’s projects rely on modern infrastructure and smart designs that meet the expectations of both residents and investors, and the company has succeeded in attracting international investment partnerships worth over 33 billion riyals, reflecting growing global confidence in its strategy and its ability to turn the national vision into a tangible reality.

He emphasized that NHC’s presence in international forums solidifies its position as a leading real estate developer in the region, through the adoption of smart development solutions and designs that incorporate the principles of sustainability, quality of life, alongside a commitment to the highest environmental and architectural standards, and keeping pace with the latest global trends in design, technology, and community integration.

Al-Bati concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the company continues its efforts to support the objectives of the housing program under Vision 2030 and to strengthen the Kingdom’s role as a key player in shaping the future of the global real estate sector.
