The Saudi Central Bank “SAMA” announced the start of registration for SAMA Program for Promising Professionals (SPP) for recent graduates, starting today and lasting for three (3) weeks.

The program aims to provide a comprehensive development experience focused on accelerating the integration of male and female graduates from Saudi universities and accredited international universities into the workplace through a combination of practical training, mentoring, and applied learning, It focuses on developing core technical and behavioral competencies, ensuring the preparation of a generation of national talent capable of contributing to driving development and leading the future with confidence and competence.

The SAMA Program for Promising Professionals, through which participants will receive numerous benefits and incentives, includes foundational tracks: economics, monetary stability, investment, financial innovation, cybersecurity, business enablement, Supervision, SAMA Digital, and Payments. Those who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to join the Saudi Central Bank and enroll in specialized tracks designed to meet the bank’s needs, in collaboration with leading international organizations.

To enroll in the program, applicants must be Saudi nationals and hold a bachelor’s degree (age not exceeding 23) or a master’s degree (age not exceeding 26) in fields relevant to each track, with a grade of at least “Very Good” or its equivalent, in addition to proficiency in English. Applications for the program are submitted through the Saudi Central Bank’s recruitment portal on its website.
