Riyadh Chamber launches “Tamouh” digital platform to support human capacity development

The Riyadh Chamber launched its digital platform “Tamouh,” designed to support individuals, employers, and training providers alike, with the aim of developing human capital and aligning training outcomes with the requirements of the labor market, and to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by enhancing the efficiency and development of the workforce.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Obaikan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber, explained that the launch of the “Tamouh” comes as part of the Chamber’s commitment to supporting national development by providing a state-of-the-art training environment that keeps pace with the latest global practices, while supporting and empowering private training centers through this platform as a link that enhances the integration of efforts in the training sector.

The platform features a range of modern technical capabilities, including: diverse and flexible training programs that address the needs of various sectors; professional pre- and post-training assessment and analysis tools; support for various training methods (in-person, virtual, and blended), accredited e-certificates, as well as advanced tools for developing comprehensive training plans for employers, with the ability to track performance and evaluate the impact of training programs.

The platform enables local and international training providers to offer their training programs through a unified portal, thereby enhancing the diversity and quality of available training content and meeting market demands more efficiently and flexibly.

It is worth noting that the “Tamouh” platform is built on advanced technology and complies with internationally recognized quality and governance standards. It has received several accreditations, including international ones, which reflects the Chamber’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and reliability in providing training services.
