Number of Gulf nationals owning real estate in Saudi Arabia drops to 315

The number of Gulf citizens who own real estate in Saudi Arabia declined to 315 owners in 1436 AH, compared to 400 owners in 1435 AH, while citizens of the State of Kuwait for the number of real estate owners in the Kingdom from citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries for the year 1436 AH with ownership of 228 owners, or about 73% of the total property owners in other countries, according to a report issued by the Ministry of Justice.

The Central Department of Notarial Authorization at the Ministry of Justice revealed that the citizens of GCC countries other than the State of Kuwait owned real estate in the Kingdom for the year 1436 AH amounted to 87 ownership deeds, and the statistic indicated that the citizens of Qatar ranked second with 48 ownership deeds, followed by Bahrain, whose citizens owned 25 real estate deeds in the Kingdom during the past year, then the UAE with six ownership deeds, and Oman recorded the lowest level of ownership with eight real estate deeds for its citizens inside the Kingdom.
