Abdulrahman Al-Tawil, Deputy Minister for Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, explained through the Enterprise Support Council—organized by the Authority in conjunction with Real Estate and Contracting Week—that the real estate sector is characterized by rapid development, which presents an opportunity for small and medium-sized developers—who form the backbone of the real estate sector, accounting for more than 85% of the industry. We have worked on numerous initiatives to support real estate developers and facilitate their access to investment opportunities.
The Saudi Contractors Authority held a workshop to introduce its services and programs for entrepreneurs and various beneficiaries.
“Real Estate and Construction Week,” which was attended by a number of key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the General Authority for Real Estate, the Saudi Contractors Authority, the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank, and other supporting entities, aims to educate entrepreneurs about investment opportunities in the sector by introducing them to the services and programs offered by government and private entities that support small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector.
“Real Estate and Contracting Week” highlighted the most important programs and initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurs, offering a range of consultations, guidance, and workshops to facilitate the entry of SMEs and entrepreneurs into the real estate and contracting sector.
