The Real Estate Committee at Al-Ahsa Chamber witnessed an extensive movement to activate some of the agenda related to current real estate issues. It recommended inviting the Minister of Housing to meet with real estate developers and contractors during the month of Jumada I to discuss with them on various issues of the sector and provide their views, and recommended addressing the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers to request hosting the 103rd training course (Basics of Real Estate Evaluation) in Al-Ahsa during next Safar, in addition to discussing and coordinating the organization of more specialized meetings, courses and training programs directed to real estate professionals in Al-Ahsa.

<The committee discussed during the eighth meeting held recently at the Chamber, which was chaired by Engineer Khalid bin Saud Al Saleh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Committee, the follow-up implementation of the recommendations of the forum "Real Estate Systems and its role in promoting the real estate reality" recently organized in cooperation with the Lawyers Committee by holding a series of specialized workshops, where it was agreed to form a working group for follow-up that includes both Dr. Yousef Al-Jaber, Chairman of the Lawyers Committee and Mr. Rashid Al-Rashed, Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, one of the most important recommendations made by the forum was the need to form a higher body for real estate to organize real estate work under an independent administration that followsResolving and accounting for stalled contributions
On another level, the real estate committee succeeded in resolving, inventorying, following up and moving the files of some stalled real estate contributions for decades in Al-Ahsa, including those that witnessed the issuance of judicial rulings or resolving their issue and lifting the seizure of their lands and the file was completed and submitted to the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.These include the Al Mahboub building contribution, the Al Mashaliya land contribution located on Dhahran Street from the east and west sides, the Al Majidiya land contribution, the Aqeer land contribution (Al Shadi and Busal), the Munira neighborhood land contribution, the Al Oyoun land contribution (Khamis Hamdeen & Co.), the Khurs, Al Haraz and Al Wahibi land contribution located in Al Mubarz near Riyadh Street in addition to the Faihaa land contribution located on Qatar Road.

Engineer Al-Saleh explained that the committee was able during a short period of its work in the field of inventorying stalled contributions in Al-Ahsa to collect information and data related to these contributions, discuss the obstacles and ways to find proposals and solutions and study them, which facilitated the movement of their files in all parties and levels and contributed to making recommendations about them and submitting them to the Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.He stressed that these efforts will contribute to resolving the file of stalled real estate contributions and restoring the rights of the people as soon as possible, especially since this thorny file represents one of the most complex legal and rights files that have been pending for years, which have fallen victim to thousands of citizens who have been waiting for a breakthrough for their money, reiterating the committee's keenness to exert its maximum efforts to close this file and work to restore the rights of its people.
