The Hail Region Municipality organized a workshop at the Holiday Villa Hotel entitled “Future Directions for the Real Estate Developers Services Center (Etmam)”, which included the heads and staff of the comprehensive services centers (Etmam) in the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing at the main branch and the branches of the municipalities in the Kingdom, within the framework of the municipality’s continuous efforts to support the real estate development sector and raise the level of quality of services provided, in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in promoting sustainable urban development.
The workshop, which included (40) beneficiaries, reviewed the success story of the Comprehensive Services Center (Etmam) in the city of Hail, where the mechanisms for simplifying procedures and facilitating licensing and accreditation services for real estate developers were highlighted, which contributed to improving the business environment and raising the efficiency of implementation for residential and commercial projects.
The workshop addressed the most prominent achievements, challenges and future directions of developers’ services, and the most prominent development initiatives and proposed plans to enhance integration between government agencies and the private sector, in order to accelerate the pace of urban development and achieve the aspirations of residents to obtain an integrated and modern urban environment.
The workshop included an open discussion session that brought together representatives of the secretariats, with the aim of exchanging views and sharing experiences, identifying the most prominent challenges and opportunities, and emphasizing the importance of collaborative work to ensure the provision of the best services.
