Al-Shalash called on the government to provide a large number of lands on the market and facilitate the procedures for obtaining them away from bureaucracy. Al-Shalash diagnosed the issues of the Saudi real estate market as high rental prices, speculation on undeveloped land, the long period of obtaining licenses and the lack of financial capacity among most segments where demand is concentrated, and said that the ministry is in the process of establishing a center to approve the issuance of permits to developers.
Shalash praised the government for providing a large number of lands in the market and facilitating the procedures for obtaining them without bureaucracy. Al-Shalash praised the efforts of the Ministry of Housing and the amendment of its strategic directions and its endeavor to find housing solutions by relying on cooperation with real estate developers, which will soon have a tangible impact on the real estate market.
Al-Shalash said that the Ministry is in the process of establishing a center for approving permits for developers.
