Resort in Asir. Hospitality facilities and malls with panoramic views of mountains and valleys

The project is located in Adada, one of the enchanting mountain slopes in the Asir region, where unspoiled nature and a mild climate prevail throughout the year. The resort is characterized by its architectural design inspired by the mountain environment, and is based on five integrated areas:

• A luxurious hotel with panoramic views of the mountains and valleys, designed to combine comfort and luxury.
• A mall that reflects the local character and contains handicraft shops, upscale cafes, and various restaurants.
• A state-of-the-art sports and climbing club for adventure and fitness enthusiasts.
• Residential areas with an architectural character in harmony with nature, taking into account privacy and accessibility.
• Open spaces and a natural walkway that connects the parts of the project flexibly and gives the visitor a unique experience of discovery.
The project was prepared according to an architectural vision that takes into account the harmony of society and the environment, and meets all technical, service and infrastructure needs in a sustainable manner that respects the topography of the mountains and the diversity of vegetation, so that the resort is a tourist and experiential destination that reflects the authenticity of the place and the spirit of southern hospitality.

Open spaces and a natural walkway connect the parts of the project flexibly, and provide the visitor with a distinctive experience.
