His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jawf Region, received at the Emirate’s Diwan His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the region.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness welcomed His Excellency the Minister, noting the significant support the Al-Jouf Region receives from the wise leadership —may God support it—and emphasizing the Emirate’s commitment to supporting efforts aimed at developing municipal and housing services and improving the quality of life in the city of Sakaka and the region’s provinces, in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
During the meeting, the most prominent municipal and housing projects underway in the region were reviewed, and the importance of integration between various government agencies and the private sector was emphasized to promote balanced development and improve the efficiency of services provided to citizens.
Subsequently, His Highness the Regional Governor inaugurated a number of development and service projects, and laid the cornerstone for several others, with a total value exceeding 453,923,000 million riyals,
He also launched the real estate registration in the region, received the Urban Observatory report for the year 2024/2025, handed over housing units to beneficiaries of the Developmental Housing Program, and honored donors to the “Joud Al-Jawf” program.
The visit also included the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding in support of the development process, in the presence of His Highness the Deputy Governor of the region and His Excellency the Minister.
For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of Al-Jawf Region for his patronage, the inauguration of the projects, and the laying of their cornerstones, emphasizing that these steps are an extension of the great support and attention given by the wise leadership—may God support them—to development projects in various regions of the Kingdom.
