<The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), represented by the Center for Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE), launched the Daman Real Estate Technology Challenge, one of the tracks of the Roshan Hackathon, which aims to empower real estate startups that exceed the idea and prototype stage, support them in their expansion and growth, develop their digital products and enhance their readiness for partnerships and attract investments.

Supporting digital transformation in the real estate sector

This challenge comes within the Ministry's efforts to develop an innovation environment in real estate technologies (PropTech) and support digital transformation in the real estate sector, by providing a wide range of training and mentorship programs, as the challenge includes more than 50 training programs and mentorship sessions, in addition to more than 70 digital catalysts, with the participation of more than 30 startups.

The Daman Challenge has three main tracks, including: Digital Real Estate Platforms, Real Estate Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate Technologies, which are the main pillars of the future of innovation in the Kingdom's smart real estate sector.
