Riyadh Chamber Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, will organize an introductory meeting on Center for Developer Services “Completion” on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the Chamber's main headquarters - Sheikh Abdulaziz Al Muqairn Hall, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
The meeting aims to introduce real estate developers and investors to the services of the “Completion” center and its role in accelerating the procedures of real estate development and stimulating the business environment by facilitating the services provided to investors, within the efforts of the Ministry and the Chamber to support the growth and development of the real estate sector.

Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Tawil, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to stimulate housing supply and real estate development and General Supervisor of the Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM), and Engineer Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Dakhil, CEO of the Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM), will review the most prominent initiatives and services provided by the center and mechanisms to support real estate developers at various stages of their projects.
The meeting will be moderated by Mr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al Tawil. Mr. Khalid bin Shaker Al Mubaid, CEO of Manasat Real Estate Company, will lead an open discussion session with the audience to address inquiries and suggestions related to the center's services and prospects for the development of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
This meeting comes at the Saudi Arabian Real Estate Association (SARA).
This meeting comes within the framework of the keenness of the Riyadh Chamber and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to enhance communication with developers and investors, support efforts to raise the efficiency of the real estate market and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in the field of housing and urban development.
