The new MoU is an extension of the Saudi-Korean partnerships that were strengthened through the signing of an MoU in November 2024 to develop "Baladi Maps" and activate digital twins and smart city applications, contributing to the development of urban planning and improving the quality of life.

CEO Mohammed Al Batti stressed that work is underway to consolidate the position of NHC in the real estate sector in the region by attracting quality investments with major international companies to establish high-quality housing projects in various regions of the Kingdom, to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
