The Eastern Chamber, represented by the Contracting Committee, issued the second edition of the (Guidebook for the Saudi Contractor Beginner), which includes detailed information on the procedures set by government agencies and large companies in presenting their projects to contractors.

The publication comes with the aim of raising the level of legal and procedural awareness among contractors, in order to achieve success for projects and preserve them from delays and delays, while maintaining the required quality level.

The guidebook monitors the directives, regulations and laws that the contractor who enters this field wants to know, in order to highlight the entities that are the mine for the projects that contractors want, in addition to other government agencies, and presents in detail the procedural steps that the contractor should provide, so that he performs his task to the fullest, free from any delays and delays.
