The Abha Investment Forum, which kicked off yesterday, revealed the birth of three new investment companies: the biopharmaceutical production plant company, the advanced educational services company and the real estate and tourism development and investment company.
In the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, who opened the activities of the forum, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Abha, Engineer Abdullah Al-Mabati, unveiled studies for 20 opportunities distributed at the forum, in addition to 200 opportunities prepared by the Asir Region Secretariat, thus the offer today amounts to 220 investment opportunities, which cover the cities and governorates of Asir Region, pointing out that the Chamber contracted a specialized consulting company to study successful opportunities, with the aim of launching new investment opportunities, encouraging private sector investment in the region.

During his speech, Al-Mabati said that the forum aims to draw a future investment map that stimulates the private sector, pointing to the directive of His Highness the Emir of Asir Region that the Chamber will follow up with investors at all stages of their projects, and the Emirate will overcome any difficulties that appear in the way of starting the investor's project.
The Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Al-Mabti said. The President of Abha Chamber thanked His Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, for his generous patronage and attendance of the forum and his support for the development of the region's economy. He welcomed the guests of the forum from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and thanked at the end of his speech the success partners, headed by the Emirate of Asir, the Tourism and National Heritage Authority, the Asir Region Municipality, King Khalid University, the Arab Tourism Organization, the League of Arab States, Saudi Aramco, the Union of Gulf Chambers, the Council of Saudi Chambers, a number of financing bodies, experts, consultants, houses of expertise and businessmen.
Al-Mabati stressed the importance of the forum for the private sector. <Al-Mabati emphasized that the registration of investors has started on the morning of the forum in the companies where the following have registered: Sheikh Saleh Kamel and Dr. Abdullah Sadiq Dahlan. Al-Mabati thanked Dr. Abdullah Dahlan, who was willing to harness his expertise in international and university education, as well as his willingness to be a shareholder in this company with thirty million riyals.
This was followed by the speech of the sponsors, delivered by Khalid bin Mohammed Kamal, Executive Director of Asdaf Real Estate Development Company, in which he thanked His Highness the Emir of Asir Region for his permanent support for businessmen, and thanked the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Abha for providing investors with the opportunity to learn about the economic and commercial potential of the region.
At the end of the ceremony, the sponsors thanked Dr. Abdullah Dahlan for his expertise in international and university education. At the end of the ceremony, HH the Amir honored the participating and supporting parties and received a commemorative gift from the Chairman of the Abha Chamber of Commerce on this occasion, then took pictures with the guests of the forum.
