On this occasion, the exhibition’s general manager, Diaa, said that the experts’ forum will discuss allowing foreign companies to enter the market and creating a safe and attractive environment, as well as to promote the implementation of the latest global financial standards in supervision and inspection and to resolve the legislative and legal challenges facing the bond and sukuk markets that hinder the issuance and diversification of available debt instruments.
He noted that the exhibition also aims to examine the latest developments and trends in the securities market, factors contributing to stability, and the mechanisms for foreign companies and banks to enter the market for investment, It also addresses raising investor awareness about ways to preserve and grow their funds by focusing on transparency and trust, supporting corporate governance, and expanding the investor base, It also examines the situation of family-owned companies with economic value and the need to establish a mechanism and timeline for their listing to strengthen market conditions, especially since they represent a significant portion of the Saudi market, It also addresses the expected level of liquidity in the fourth quarter of this year, along with the allowance for foreign companies to enter the market.
