60 billion riyals the volume of real estate investments traded in the Kingdom's regions

The volume of real estate investments traded during a year in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amounted to about 60 billion riyals. <This was explained by the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al-Ahsa, Engineer Khaled Al-Saleh during a conference held recently in the Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Afaleq Hall at the headquarters of the Al-Ahsa Chamber on the occasion of the Real Estate Systems Forum organized by the Al-Ahsa Chamber represented by its real estate and lawyers committees under the title (real estate systems and their role in promoting the real estate reality), which will be held on Tuesday 12 Jumada I at the Intercontinental Hotel Al-Ahsa under the patronage of His Highness Prince Badr bin Mohammed bin Jalawi, Governor of Al-Ahsa. Al-Saleh praised the patronage of His Highness the Governor of Al-Ahsa. He pointed out that the forum will host more than 40 experts and senior officials, in addition to specialists, experts and real estate professionals, and will witness the presentation of 21 specialized scientific and professional papers that discuss major and important topics.

<For his part, Dr. Yousef bin Abdullatif Al Jabr, Chairman of the Lawyers Committee, stressed that the forum aims to contribute to legal and regulatory awareness, noting that it will witness the holding of six specialized sessions covering the following topics: Activation of modern real estate systems, development of real estate documentation, liquidation of real estate and inheritance between reality and hope, real estate issues and implementation obstacles, the real estate sector and means of developing it and organizing the real estate market, in addition to the final statement that collects the most important recommendations, results and suggestions of the forum.
