The Saudi British Bank (SABB) has selected 44 Saudi graduates for this year’s “Future Leaders” graduate development program. to equip them with skills in various banking operations and functions, including administrative and leadership tasks, thereby advancing their careers into leadership positions.
Ahmed Al-Sudais, General Manager of Human Resources, urged the trainees to take full advantage of the programs designed for them and highlighted success stories, noting that many executives who are graduates of this program are now leading the bank’s strategic initiatives. Al-Sudais also highlighted SABB’s high standards and its commitment to training and preparing new graduates to assume future leadership positions at the bank.
This program is one of the bank’s flagship initiatives, which it has offered annually for the past 18 years. It stems from the bank’s commitment to investing in the development of Saudi talent with the aim of honing their skills so they can assume key leadership positions at the bank in the future.
The candidates expressed their appreciation for the evaluation process and the personal interviews, In addition, a welcome ceremony was held for the trainees, sponsored by Ahmed Al-Sudais, General Manager of Human Resources, and attended by a number of the bank’s senior executives.
