Qassim Housing delivers 250 units to beneficiaries and continues to implement 1124 units in various governorates

As part of its ongoing efforts to provide housing for beneficiaries, the Ministry of Housing’s Al-Qassim Region Branch continues to implement nine housing projects comprising (1,124) housing units and land. These include the Unaizah Governorate Housing Project, which comprises 340 housing units; the Al-Ras Governorate Housing Project, which comprises 100 housing units; the Al-Muznib 100 Governorate Housing Project, which comprises 100 housing units; the Al-Bukayriyah Governorate Housing Project Al-Bukayriyah, which comprises 100 housing units; the Al-Bada’i Governorate Housing Project, consisting of 102 housing units; the Riyadh Al-Khubara Governorate Housing Project, consisting of 92 housing units and land; the Ayun Al-Jawa Governorate Housing Project , which consists of 100 housing units and land; the Al-Shamasiyah Governorate Housing Project, which contains 100 housing units and land; and the Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate Housing Project, which includes 90 housing units.

It is worth noting that the Ministry has handed over 250 housing units to eligible recipients in Buraydah, and the Ministry’s branch in the Al-Qassim region continues to distribute the remaining 381 housing units in the project. The Buraydah housing project covers an area of 450,000 square meters, with housing unit sizes ranging from 440 square meters, 821 square meters, and 550 square meters. The new residential neighborhood includes sites for four mosques, land designated for an educational facility for boys, another for girls, the Authority’s headquarters, and a facility.
