<The Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Fund for Women's Development implemented about 80 projects during the past period at an estimated cost of about 14 million riyals, and the number of beneficiaries from the total number of the Fund's programs reached 6601 beneficiaries from various programs and activities. During a seminar held on the occasion of International Women's Day in the presence of women and beneficiaries, Deputy Secretary General Hana Al-Zuhair said that Saudi women were able to overcome cultural, social and even economic obstacles: “International Women's Day is a symbol of women's historical struggle and monitoring their achievements in many fields, as this day comes for Arab women as they face great challenges in order to develop themselves and their skills and balance their responsibility to fulfill their developmental role.”

Deputy Secretary General of the Fund Hana Al-Zuhair said during a seminar held on the occasion of International Women's Day in the presence of women and beneficiaries. <Al-Zuhair stressed women's need for more training and qualification to increase their capabilities in empowering them in the workplace, and referred to the Fund's training development programs from which more than 6,000 girls benefited, and the percentage of employment in projects achieved the highest levels of Saudization, and project owners were able to obtain 19 local and regional awards. The Fund's Executive Director Afnan Al-Babtain confirmed that a number of modern programs are included in the training plan and said that we seek to provide more participation in schools and universities to introduce the role played by women and the position they have reached. She added that the most prominent of our aspirations in the fund is to move to business incubators next June, where projects that will have a site there are currently being registered, and two laboratories have been allocated for two industrial projects, and we are looking forward to offering a number of programs in the development of existing businesses.
