In this regard, Riyad bin Ahmed Al-Thaqafi, the company’s CEO, said, “We have now completed the master plan for the “Al-Mayar” project, and its residents will benefit from the health and educational services, shopping centers, and recreational and sports facilities offered by “Al-Farida”.“Al-Thaqafi explained that the “Al-Mayar” project aims to develop a diverse and integrated community and provides affordable apartments for middle-income Saudi citizens, in line with Ewan’s philosophy of adopting the concept of a “stage home”.

It is worth noting that Ewan International Housing Company plans to enter the Riyadh market by constructing the Al-Jawan residential project in the northeast—an integrated residential community comprising 345 residential villas surrounded by vital facilities, public parks, sports fields, and advanced infrastructure and roads serving the entire project, spanning an area of approximately 140,809 square meters. All designs and engineering plans for the project have been completed, Additionally, “Iwan” is currently serving as the master developer for the Limas residential project in Jubail, in the Eastern Province, including contract management, financial management, design management, marketing, and sales.
