Al Joud Real Estate Investment and Development Company will organize a public auction next Friday, 14/6/1436 AH, in the city of Unaiza to sell the second phase of the (Dahiyat Al-Malaz) project, which includes 85 plots ranging in size from 20 to 50 thousand square meters.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nizar Al-Hamad Al-Harkan, valued the strategic location of Al-Malaz suburb, suitable for recreation, agriculture, hobbies, livestock breeding, investment and agricultural industry, which is enhanced by the spaciousness of the site and large areas and is one of the largest projects in the region with an area exceeding six million square meters divided into 215 pieces ranging in size from 20 thousand square meters to 50 thousand square meters, with available infrastructure, with wooded, asphalted and lit streets as well as a water network and central tanks that feed all pieces.
