The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz stressed during the Cabinet meeting held under his presidency today that this budget represents the beginning of an integrated work program to build a strong economy and that this budget comes in light of the decline in oil prices, stressing that this budget is based on solid foundations with multiple sources of income, indicating that the priority is to complete projects in previous budgets and directing the Council of Economic Affairs to launch an economic reform program.
