The list, according to a statement by the committee, included: Saleh Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Rajhi, Malham Abdul Hafeez Bahlak, Saleh Abdul Karim Al Malik, Turki Abdulrahman Al Awwad, Abdullah Abdulrahman Al Qahtani, Omar Maayad Al Amaj, Mohammed Thawab Kleib Al Nafiei, Salah Abdullah Al Nafisi, Faris Salim Al Fares. The committee said that its decision came after the expiration of the deadline specified in the second item of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 48 dated 14/2/14/30 AH.
