The Real Estate Index rose by 58.87%, with a total transaction value of 9,004,004,957 billion riyals, distributed across 4,794 transactions in cities across the Kingdom, covering an area of 69,778,424 million square meters. The index recorded the largest transactions of the past week in Madinah (Bani al-Najjar, on the eastern side of the central district) with a value of 540,446,650 million riyals, while the largest transaction by area was recorded in Al-Kharj on the Haradh Road, covering 12 million square meters.
In Riyadh, the Real Estate Index recorded the largest real estate transaction in the Al-Malqa area—northwest of the capital—totaling 233,868,500 million riyals, and the largest area was 309,665 thousand square meters in the Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood.
The weekly report issued by the Ministry of Justice for the period from Sunday, September 9,1435 AH to Thursday, 13/9/1435 AH, an increase in notarial deeds in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Buraydah, Jeddah, Jazan, Sakaka, Hail, Najran, Al-Ahsa, Taif, Al-Kharj, Al-Ayina, and Al-Aflaj, and a decrease in notary offices in Tabuk, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Ras, Al-Bukayriyah, Al-Qatif, Jubail, Arar, Al-Ghat, Al-Qunfudhah, Hafar Al-Batin, Khamis Mushait, and Sharurah.
