<Al Hakimia Real Estate Development Company is working to hand over the first phase of the Mareef residential neighborhood project in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, in May 2015, after completing 60% of the concrete and bone building works, and starting the finishing works in the residential villas that make up the project, as part of its series of projects in the real estate development sector in the Eastern Province.
This step of starting the finishing works and handing over the first phase next May, comes in implementation of the timetable for the Mareef residential project, which is being developed by Al Hakimiya Company committed to the implementation and delivery dates, as the development is expected to be completed by the end of 2015, God willing, to be a new and important addition in the real estate development sector and an important tributary to the housing and real estate development market in the region, by providing full-service residential products in a residential environment that provides a decent life for its residents and cares about after-sales services.
This was explained by Rudan bin Saafaq Al-Duwaish, President of Al-Hakimiya Real Estate Development Company: We thank God Almighty for granting us the opportunity to complete the advanced phase of the structural construction of the Mareef project and start the internal and external finishing works, which is consistent with the time plan drawn by the company to develop this project, which is considered the tenth in the series of real estate development projects that the company is proud of, and has achieved leadership in this field at the level of the Eastern Province.
