The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee Discusses Preparations for the 11th Real Estate Forum

During its regular meeting, chaired by Board Member and Committee Chairman Mr. Hamad Al-Shuwaier, the Real Estate Committee discussed the final arrangements for organizing the 11th Real Estate Forum, which will be held under the patronage of His Excellency the Secretary of the Riyadh Region, Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Mubarak, and is scheduled to begin on 1February 8, 2014, at the Chamber’s headquarters, with broad participation from officials of relevant agencies.

For his part, Hamad Al-Shuwaier explained that during the meeting, the committee reviewed a number of issues pertaining to the real estate sector and addressed relevant agencies, The meeting also recommended following up on the establishment of a comprehensive service center and the program of visits conducted by committee members to a number of large real estate developments.

Mr. Hamad Al-Shuwaier called on owners and managers of real estate offices, companies, and development firms to communicate with the Real Estate Committee through the Chamber’s Real Estate Department by providing their suggestions, insights, and the obstacles they face, so that the committee can discuss and study them and refer them to the relevant authorities to take the necessary action.

It should be noted that the 11th Real Estate Forum will address all issues of concern to real estate investors and developers that contribute to the development of the real estate sector, increase its contribution to the national economy, and drive development in various regions of the Kingdom.
