Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISC) was able to achieve a net profit of 12.368 million riyals for the first quarter of this year, a decrease of 7.96 % compared to the same quarter of the previous year, and an increase of 5.13 % compared to the previous quarter.
The company explained in an announcement published on the Tadawul financial market website that it achieved a total operating profit in the first quarter of 27.049 million riyals, a decrease of 22.17 % compared to the same quarter of the previous year and an increase of 16.25 % compared to the previous quarter, resulting in earnings per share of 0.18 riyals 0.02 riyals.
The company attributed the reason for the increase in the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year to the decrease in the operating rate of the port operation sector and the decrease in seawater desalination sales.
