Saudi universities discuss launching real estate studies diploma

The Real Estate Committee of the Chamber held a meeting with the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University for Development and Quality on how to develop a diploma in real estate studies that includes real estate activities (marketing, development, financing and real estate valuation), and it was recommended to form a working group from the college, the real estate committee and the training center at the Chamber to study this issue and reach the expected results in the development of a diploma in the college for real estate studies, this came during the regular meeting of the committee held under the leadership of board member Mr. Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwaier, in the presence and participation of the Vice Dean of Applied Studies and Community Service at Al-Saud University. <The meeting also discussed the topics on the agenda and the nomination of four members to join the membership of the National Real Estate Committee at the Council of Saudi Chambers in its new session starting from 1/7/1435 AH.

Mr. Hamad Al-Shuwaier invited the owners and managers of real estate offices and companies and real estate development to communicate with the real estate committee through the Chamber's real estate department by providing it with their proposals, views and obstacles they face, to be discussed and studied by the committee and submitted to the relevant authorities to take the necessary action on them.
