<As part of the interest of senior officials in the 13th Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition (Restatex 13), which was held last month in Riyadh, HRH Prince Meshaal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Allegiance Commission, accompanied by HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Meshaal, toured the exhibition and visited the participating pavilions.
“Amlak” took the opportunity of Prince Abdulaziz bin Meshal's visit to the exhibition and conducted this interview with him, where His Royal Highness expressed his admiration for the level of the exhibition in terms of the size and type of local and international participants and the level of organization, considering that Riyadh's hosting of this major real estate event and the Arab and international participation it received reflects the Kingdom's major and distinguished real estate, investment and economic status.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Meshaal continued his impression of the exhibition, saying: “It gathered important elements of all activities, not only real estate, and usually exhibitions are an opportunity for companies to present their real estate agenda, stressing that the exhibition generally gave a good impression of the development of the booming real estate investment in the Kingdom, stressing the increasing importance of such exhibitions for their role in the development of multiple economic sectors and activities in the Kingdom, especially real estate.

On his vision of the real estate market in the Kingdom, His Highness stressed that the real estate market enjoys great demand for all its categories, and the need for real estate at all levels exists, stressing that international investors view the Kingdom as a promising investment destination in all fields and sectors, not only real estate or industrial. His Highness addressed the Kingdom's approach to the global financial crisis and its repercussions, emphasizing that the global crisis provided an important lesson that the conservative policy set by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, was based on a far-sighted vision. On the progress of the ”Most Beautiful Place“ project residential project in Riyadh, His Highness said: ”Alhamdulillah, we have completed the infrastructure work, we have completed all the official procedures, and we are now on the verge of launching it, God willing.“

On his advice to young people, His Highness said: ”We have great hope in our youth, and thank God that we have reached a great degree of knowledge, but what we ask them to do is to investigate the fields that the Kingdom needs, increase their educational levels, and I recommend them to arm themselves with training and ambition, because ambition is important and everyone must have ambition, and service in all regions of the Kingdom is important, pointing out that young people should not focus on working in one area because all regions of the Kingdom need these young people.“
